مرحله چهارم:مونتاژ و یراق گذاری و نصب محصولات تولید شده
بعد از طی مراحل طراحی،برش و جوش اپراتور های واحد مونتاژ بر اساس نقشه شماتیک ارائه شده و نوع یراق آلات مشخص شده مونتاژ محصولات را شروع می کنند.نصب لولا ها،یراق آلات،نصب وادار (مولین ) ها ،ریل پنجره های و درب های کشویی و … در این مرحله انجام شده و یک به یک محصولات تست نهایی شده و برای بارگیری و نصب آماده می شوند.
بعد از نصب یراق آلات ،لولا و … نوبت به برش زهوار های آیتم می باشد.این زهوار ها علاوه بر زیبایی برای نگه داری شیشه های دوجداره تعبیه شده استفاده می گردد.بدین صورت که بر اساس اندازه های تعیین شده دستگاهی زهواره ها را برش داده و اپراتور آن ها را جایگذاری می کند.
حال محصول تولید شده و آماده نصب می باشد.واحد نصب بامشخص کردن زمان مناسب،محصولات تولید شده را به محل مورد نظر منتقل کرده و با تهیه فوم و چسب مناسب و با کیفیت شروع به نصب درب و پنجره های می کنند.برای نصب محصولات یو پی وی سی UPVC حتما باید فریم و چارچوب آماده شده باشد تا بتوان با پیچ آن ها را محکم کرد.این چهارچوب بهتر است از جنس آهن یا سنگ باشد.اما می توان بر روی آلومنیوم و چوب نیز انجام داد.
در مرحله نصب کارشناسان با ابزار های تعبیه شده به گونه ایی عمل می کنند تا بین محصول تولید شده و دیواره ها حتما مقداری فضای خالی ( بادخور ) موجود باشد چرا که یکی از مهمترین عوامل عایق کاری استفاده از فوم و چسب می باشد و با وجود این فضای خالی ، فوم به راحتی مابین این فضا قرار گرفته و چسب نیز به گونه ای مناسب روی آن را می پوشاند که این عمل حداکثر بروز مشکلات را در پی دارد و کار ما را تضمین می کند پس حتما توجه داشته باشید نصاب ها این فضای مورد نیاز را رعایت کنند.
در پایان زهوار ها را جدا نموده و شیشه های دوجداره آماده شده برای هر آیتم را در جای خود قرار داده و زهوار های هر آیتم را دوباره جای خود قرار می دهیم و دستگیره ها را نصب می کنیم.حال محصول مورد نظر آماده است و محیط داخل ساختمان یا اتاق شما کمترین میزان هدر رفت حرارت یا سرما و وررو صدای های محیطی را در پی خواهد داشت.
