مرحله دوم:تهیه پروفیل و برش
در گام بعدی بر اساس نظر مشتریان گرامی و پیشنهاد شرکت پروفیل ( مهمترین همکاران ما در این زمینه شرکت تولید پروفیل یو پی وی سی دیوا و وینتک می باشند ) مورد نظر انتخاب شده و بر اساس نقشه برش آماده شده توسط نرم افزار به مقدار نیاز پروفیل خریداری شده و تحویل واحد برش می گردد.
در این مرحله اپراتور برش با در اختیار داشتن نقشه برش ، هر یک از پروفیل های مورد نیاز پروژه را بر حسب اندازه های معین شده برش داده و به واحد جوش و مونتاژ تحویل می دهد.از آنجا که میزان مورد نیاز از هر یک از پروفیل های توسط نرم افزار تعیین می گردد لذا به نحوی نقشه برش بهینه سازی شده تا کمترین میزان هدر رفت پروفیل یو پی وی سی صورت گیرد و از طرفی با دقت بسیار بالایی کار تولید صورت پذیرد.
